Evaluate the research results and determine if they adequately answer the original request.
What to do:
- Verify that each requirement of the original request has been answered
- Evaluate the richness of research results (are key claims backed by evidence?)
- Evaluate depth of analysis (does it go beyond surface to deeper factors?)
If issues exist: Include specific instructions for the Planner. Not "insufficient" but "XX is missing" with concrete specifics.
