feat: deep-research ピースにデータ保存とレポート出力を追加

dig/analyze に edit:true + Write を追加し調査データをファイル保存可能に。
dig に Bash を追加し CSV 等のファイルダウンロードを可能に。
supervise に output_contracts を追加しエンジン Phase 2 で最終レポートを出力。
